Wakefield +8 v Wigan

We expect Wigan to win, but Wakefield have shown they are more than capable of scoring points – 24 points away to Castleford is testament to that – that’s why we think they’ll keep this one close

Pick: Wakefield +8

:eeds -20 v Widnes

Widnes absolutely capitulated away to Wakefield, and struggled to get many points on the board at home to Warrington, whilst Leeds hammered Hull away. I’d take Leeds -30 in this!

Pick: Leeds -20

Leigh +6 v Hull FC

Leigh have been poor for weeks now, but improved to only lose narrowly v Salford, whilst Hull are shipping points at an alarming rate. We’ve taken Leigh to turn it around here.

Pick: Leigh +6

St Helens v Castleford -6

Despite the improvement, we come up against a free scoring  Castleford side, and it’s hard to see us keeping this one close, especially as many players are backing up after playing with a man down v Wigan.

Pick: Castleford -6

Warrington v Huddersfield +16

Both dire teams, but we just can’t see Warrington running away with this – Huddersfield will keep this close and will be looking to steal the 2 points.

Pick: Huddersfield +16

Catalans v Salford +6

Do the bookies know something we don’t? I’d expect Salford in current form to go to France and win, to give them a 6 point start is mad! Only reason I can think of is Catalans getting an extra couple of days rest.

Pick: Salford +6
