Halifax Friendly Arranged for Friday

Following the cancellation of this Sunday's planned Friendly with the Barrow Raiders, Saints have hastily arranged a Friendly with Halifax at the GPW Recruitment Stadium, this coming Friday, 22nd January 2010.
This match will now replace the Barrow game as Mike Bennett's testimonial and, alongside the Widnes game this Tuesday, will be the only chance for the first team pool to gain match fitness ahead of the season's opener, against Hull FC, in three weeks time.
The friendly fixture at Keighley Cougars, two days later, is not a designated first team Friendly and the club will be sending over a very young side to represent the club.
